ZINC NO-STICK is a specially formulated paint that when brushed or sprayed onto metal, ceramic or graphite like ordinary housepaint will produce a coating that is totally not-wetted by molten zinc and its dross.

Ideal for protecting all surfaces that contact molten zinc to prevent galvanizing and zinc adherence, ZINC NO-STICK is available as an easy-to-use (just like ordinary housepaint) fast-drying solvent based paint or an aerosol spray and as a water-based paint or paste. For better economy, the paints can often be diluted for many uses. No curing is needed -- simply allow to dry before placing into service. For best results, coat parts after any cleaning operations.

PAINTING NOTES
1. Resuspend the paint if needed.
2. Clean surfaces to be painted of oils, dirt, scale etc.
3. Apply one thin layer by brush or spray like ordinary housepaint.
4. Allow to dry at room temperature before use.
5. Coated parts should not be exposed to aqueous cleaning operations.
